If you are interested in participating in the online option, contact your counselor and discuss your options with them. In order to participate,
the referral will need to be made by the counselor.
- Student must complete this form with counselor and counselor must electronically submit referral to April Earl to complete registration.
- Student and parents understand this is an independent learning experience.
- Student and parent(s)/guardian(s) understand that tests associated with these courses will be proctored by the Testing Center at the ATC Testing Center. (Red Brick Building behind CAL Ranch Store- Room #5 Monday-Thursday from 2:30-5:30)
- Student will contact April Earl by phone 435-865-3897 or email [email protected] in order to schedule a time to take course tests .
- Student must complete ALL WORK & TESTS, within the 9 week time frame or student will receive an F for the course.
